Lodi is the southern end of my service area: wine country, about 35 miles down Highway 99. It is farm trucks, vineyard work vehicles and commuters who drive 99 every day, and none of them want to lose a day to a shop.
Working in Lodi
Harvest is when downtime hurts most. If your truck works the vineyards in late summer, get the brakes, belts, battery and cooling system looked at before harvest starts rather than in the middle of it. I can come out early in the morning or on a weekend so the vehicle is back to work on time.
Central Valley heat and dust are rough on vehicles. Air filters clog fast on vineyard roads, batteries die young after a few 100-degree summers, and a marginal cooling system finds out in July. Those are all quick fixes when they are caught early.
Downtown Lodi and the older streets near Lodi Lake have smaller driveways and more street parking. Reynolds Ranch and the newer neighborhoods on the south side have plenty of room for bigger jobs.
Lodi is a longer drive for me, so it works best to book a few days ahead and line up more than one job for the trip: a second vehicle, or a neighbor who needs work too.

Can you work in my driveway in Lodi?
Almost always, as long as it is reasonably level and there is room to get the wheels off and work safely around the vehicle. If you are unsure, text me a photo of where it parks and I will tell you straight away.
What if my vehicle will not start or is not safe to drive?
That is the main reason to use a mobile mechanic. It does not need to be driveable — as long as it is parked somewhere I can legally and safely work on it in Lodi, I can come to it.
